In her time as a Psychologist, Bec has worked in various public health programs in Western Sydney, including the headspace Primary Care and Early Psychosis programs and the Youth Enhanced Support Service (YESS), as well as private practice. This breadth of experience has provided her with the privilege of getting to know people from all walks of life, and continues to inform and develop her practice.

Alongside training in specific therapeutic modalities, Bec also practices from a Neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and Health At Every Size perspective. She believes that change should come from a place of self-love, rather than self-criticism, and works hard to develop that self-love in those who choose to work with her.
